Studio Questions

+ Can I stop by your studio? 

We take in-person consults by appointment only. Meetings happen Tuesday-Friday and Saturdays by appointment. Please give us a call at 714.505.1505 to request a free consultation.

+ What are your business hours?

Our shop is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 am til’ 4:30 pm. You’ll find an assortment of events and stationery related gifts. We offer consultations during those hours for clients who are interested in semi-custom or custom stationery. If you place an order with us from Friday to Monday your order timeline will begin processing on Tuesday.

+ Do you teach workshops?

We'd love to someday, but at this time we are not offering any workshops or private printing lessons.

+ What is your Return Policy?

Ready-to Ship - Any shop product that has not been customized may be returned within 14 days for a store credit. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item.

Semi-Custom - Due to the custom nature of the product, returns are not accepted.

+ Do you offer custom stationery?

We love getting to work with clients on bespoke stationery pieces. Please contact us to set up a consultation!

Product Questions

+ Do you offer other paper/envelope/color options than the ones listed?

Yes! Please contact us and specify what you're looking for. We will do our best to source any paper product for you. Custom letterpress ink mixes incur a $45 fee.

+ Will I see a proof of my order before it’s processed?

Yes, for any semi-custom piece we will send you a digital PDF proof of your product with your details, print colors, etc. included. Up to three proofs are included with your order, additional proofs will be quoted accordingly.

+ Will I see a physical proof of my order?

No, our semi-custom products are not able to be produced as a physical proof but you will receive a digital proof of your design to review and approve before production begins.

+ What if I want to make a change after approving my digital proof?

Orders cannot be modified once you have signed via a written electronic approval. We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (ie. Typos), regardless of where the error originated. If an error is caught, we may be able to offer a print discount for any reprints. For any print error on our part, a complimentary reprint or refund will be provided.
